Our fee is 3%+VAT of the rent that you receive from the tenant
We know very well what it takes to deliver an excellent service, we don’t cut corners but this is also the reason we do not negotiate our fees. We believe our fee is fair, allowing you to recharge it to your clients and put a percent or 2-3% on top.
