Business Rock is a Property Management agency which offers outsourced property management services to London’s Estate and Letting agents

The company was created in response to the industry’s desperate need for forward thinking, innovative, efficient and knowledgeable property managers. Properties need to be looked after 24/7/365. And when you are a small letting agency employing a full-time property manager does not make any financial sense. Business Rock gives you the answer – we will take care of all your property management worries. All you need to do is sit back, relax and watch your happy clients return to you time and time again.

We offer an in-depth telephone/face to face consultation where we are able find out about your business, while you get to know us. This can then determine the alignment of both businesses into a successful and seamless partnership.

Day to Day

Business Rock Property Managers are supported by our Central London Office ensuring that your portfolio is being looked after even if your property manager is on leave or you simply need an extra pair of hands to support your business during a busy period.

Handover

You will be assigned a dedicated Property Manager, who will be your representative and act as your main point of contact for your business – your team, your landlords and tenants.
